How can I access my garden advice?
You ordered a garden a few months ago, and from the 3rd month after planting you'll receive advice tailored to your range of plants and the season to help you discover and maintain your garden. You'll receive regular email summaries of the main tasks to be carried out in the garden.
You can also find them by logging into your personal space in the ‘My advice’ tab.
I haven't received any advice for my garden yet. What should I do?
If you don't receive any advice emails or don't see any advice in your personal space, under the ‘My advice’ tab, please send us a message via your personal space. We'll check the settings for your advice so that you can access it as soon as possible.
