How do I delete my Draw Me A Garden account?
If you wish to delete your personal account, go to your personal space and click on the ‘My information’ tab. At the very bottom of this page (after your profile and invoices), click on ‘Delete account’. Please note that if you do this, all the data in your account will be permanently lost (projects, plans, exchanges, etc.). We will not be able to recover any of it.
How can I change my personal details?
To change your personal details, log on to your personal space and go to the ‘My profile’ section or click on this link. Under your profile photo, you can directly change some of your personal details: username, email, telephone number and password.
How do I change my password?
To change your password, log on to your personal space in the ‘My profile’ tab, then click on ‘Change password’ or on this link.
I've forgotten my password
You have forgotten your password for your Draw Me A Garden account. Click on this link. Enter the email address by which you created your account and click on the ‘Reset password’ button.
You will receive an email with a link to click to reset the password. If you do not receive an email, check your spam folder or try again.
Note: You can only request a new password every 2 hours.
